Clean City – Territory of the Art |

EIDOS Arts Development Foundation announces |

EIDOS Arts Development Foundation announced the International Curatorial Competition “ART A PRIORI: CONTEMPORARY HISTORIES”. The Competition aims to explore the relations between contemporary art and traditional Ukrainian art. The goal is to reinvent traditional museum spaces by introducing daring and exciting contemporary art projects. EIDOS seeks to create a dialogue between past and present, breaking new grounds on the Ukrainian art scene.

Kathrin Singer-Zaharieva leaves Ukraine |
Executive Director of EIDOS, Kathrin Singer-Zaharieva had her farewell party on Wednesday. The founder of EIDOS, Ljuba Michailova, and the president, Ludmilla Beresnitzka, were present at the event. Many people form the art scene like Igor Gaidai, Vlad Troitsky, Sergej Bukovsky, Nikita Kadan, Shanna Kandyrova came. Among the guests were also many people from the business community like the Director of the OTP Bank, Dmitry Zinkov, the Director of Ukrsozbank, Boris Timonkin, the Director of Ernst & Young, Alexei Kredisov to say goodbye. Kathrin Singer-Zahareva will stay Vice-President of the Foundation and continue to support EIDOS from London. read more... |

CITY – TERRITORY OF THE ART – "Depersonalization" continues |
 After the act of vandalism directed at Victor Sydorenko installation “Depersonalization” that took place in the night of August 27-29 on Schorsa St. EIDOS Art Foundation and OTP Bank decided to continue the project never the less. Victor Sydorenko made some effort to renew his work and yesterday he placed his installations on their places at 44 Schorsa St. and 52 Artema St. Colorful men inevitably draw passers’-by attention, asking everyone about their identity.
